You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Lookasoft software or otherwise attempt to discover its source code unless such restriction is prohibited by law.
Lookasoft may, from time to time, release updates to the Lookasoft software. These updates may be made available to You at no additional cost. You agree to install all available updates and use the updated version of the Lookasoft software.
You may not use the Lookasoft software or its related services for any unlawful purposes or purposes prohibited under this Agreement.
You may not use the Lookasoft software or its related services in a manner that interferes with or disrupts the Lookasoft software, its associated services, or any servers or networks connected to the Lookasoft software or its related services.
The Lookasoft software and all intellectual property rights in the Lookasoft software and its related services, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights, are owned by Lookasoft and its licensors.
You acknowledge and agree that You are not acquiring any ownership rights in the Lookasoft software or its related services by using the Lookasoft software or its associated services.
The Lookasoft software and its related services are provided on an "as is'' basis and without warranty of any kind. Lookasoft and its licensors make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement with respect to the Lookasoft software or its related services.
In no event will Lookasoft or its licensors be liable to You for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from Your use of the Lookasoft software or its related services, even if Lookasoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lookasoft and its licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising from Your use of the Lookasoft software or its related services, or Your breach of this Agreement.
If You submit any feedback, comments, or suggestions regarding the Lookasoft software or its related services, you grant Lookasoft a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, sublicense, and otherwise exploit Your feedback, comments, or suggestions in any manner and for any purpose.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations of the United States and any other relevant jurisdiction concerning Your use of the Lookasoft software and its related services.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California without reference to its conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement anytime by destroying all copies of the Lookasoft Software in Your possession or under Your control.
This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Lookasoft if You fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, You agree to destroy all copies of the Lookasoft software.
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between You and Lookasoft concerning using the Lookasoft software and its related services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such use. If any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
